Comfort food for meat-lovers. We hand-shred a slow-roasted, tender pork shoulder and dress it with our homemade smoky barbecue sauce, slices of soft sweet potatoes, baby spinach leaves, crisp pork crackling and a sprinkle of homemade barbecue rub.

A crowd favourite. We lavish spicy, dark soya braised pork belly garnished with mellow braised garlic, grilled tau kwa slices, fresh cut chilli, coriander leaves, drizzled with matured chilli oil and served with a side of traditional pickled cucumbers.
Basil Pesto Chicken $7.90
Strips of oregano pesto chicken breast, oven dried garlic tomatoes, soft roasted eggplant, topped with small watercress salad, with a drizzle of garlic oil lifted with a slice of lime at the side.
